What to look for

Ha (the neurohospitalist) holds General Call 8am–5pm in alternating weeks, 7 on / 7 off, pinned to exact dates. The general attendings fill the off weeks.
On Ha's on-service weeks, General Call 5pm–8am follows the same person on Monday, Wednesday and Friday — and never on the other nights. That is one rule, not hand edits.
Vascular Call 5pm–8am follows whoever holds Vascular Call 8am–5pm that week, every night. Two vascular attendings share the line.
EEG and EMU are weekly blocks rotated among the three epileptologists, spaced so nobody takes them back to back.

The rules behind this schedule

Eligibility by tag: general, vascular, hospitalist, eeg, emu. A rotation only ever goes to someone tagged for it.
Pinned alternating block: one provider, 7 days on and 7 off from an anchor date; the group fills the gaps.
Linked same person: a night rotation inherits the day rotation's holder on chosen weekdays, optionally forbidding that person on the rest.
Avoid consecutive: a soft preference (weight 3) against taking the same weekly rotation two weeks running.
Points: weekday, weekend and holiday days score differently per rotation (a holiday night is 2.5, a weekday EEG day is 0.5) and feed the fairness report below.

Fairness report

Fair share is what each provider would carry if their line's work were split strictly by FTE; Difference is what they actually carried minus that. Shares are pooled within a level — here the seven general attendings, the three epileptologists (who carry EEG and EMU on top of general call), the two vascular attendings and the hospitalist are separate pools, because their lines never share work. In the product, Carried in shows what each person was owed or owing from the previous 90 days; this is the group's first block, so it is empty.
